The role
Job description
Markage is looking for a Content Operations Associate to join our fully remote Canadian production engine. This role focuses on the practical handling, updating, and quality-checking of content that supports production delivery. You will work inside our internal systems and tools to prepare, adapt, and quality-check content and related operational materials. This is not a traditional administrative role. It is a hands-on content operations role for someone who can write clearly, follow processes carefully, and use digital tools to maintain steady output. You will support both self-service and enterprise capacity workstreams. Your work helps the production engine stay reliable so client-facing teams can deliver a consistent experience. This position is ideal for someone who likes clear ownership of assigned work, pays attention to detail in written materials, and performs well in a structured remote environment with measurable daily output.
Essential duties
- Prepare, update, and quality-check content and operational materials using internal systems and tools.
- Execute assigned content operations tasks with accuracy and consistency according to established processes.
- Support client-facing teams by preparing materials, tracking status, and resolving routine content-related issues.
- Maintain organized records of completed content work and flag process gaps for improvement.
- Follow established content and production processes and timelines to support reliable output.
Essential requirements
- Demonstrated ability to handle content and digital processes accurately and efficiently.
- Strong written communication skills with the ability to produce clear, accurate output under volume.
- Demonstrated reliability and ability to sustain a high-volume workload in a remote environment.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and follow established processes.
- Holds a valid Dex Professional Specialist Certification (DEX-PSP) in the Arts, Media & Creative Production domain.
Preferred qualifications
- Prior experience in content operations, production support, or agency environments.
- Experience working in a fully remote role with clear daily output expectations.
